Page level Permissions in MOSS

I need to restrict all users except a single users to VIEW a sharepoint page.
How can i achieve this.

Which SharePoint page  you want to control access on?
Have you taken a look at Item Level PErmissioning in SharePoint:
office.microsoft.com/.../HA101001491033.aspx

You can always add only one user to have access to a specific page
