OWSADM.EXE in FPSE 2002

Is it possible to reset user passwords via owsadm.exe?

I imported 300+ webmasters from an addusers.exe dump into a new machine
and need reset the passwords (list in a separate text file).

It doesnt look like AddUsers, CreateUsers.vbs or ModifyUsers.vbs will help
me.
