OWA Webparts in ASP.Net 2.0 Application

How can I use OWA Webparts of MOSS 2007 in any ASP.Net 2.0 application?

I doubt that you can unless you have the .NET 2.0 application extended
as a SharePoint Web Application. I think (haven't checked) that they are
embedding in the Microsoft.SharePoint.dll.

Just a guess.
