Outlook web parts and Team calendar

I imported the outlook message webpart available on
the microsoft site to my sharepoint server.
This webpart works fine on 2000 machines.Throws
up a security exception on clients having NT Workstation.

Also the team calendar web part created from the sharepoint public
Folders are not working(http://servername/public) consistently
