Outlook syncronization in SPS2003 without ,pst files?

Asked By: Deepak    Date: Aug 31    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1281

In our environment (SPS2003 and Outlook 2003), a security decision has
been made to disallow users the ability to create Personal Folders
(.pst files). This breaks the native "Link to Outlook" functionality
in SharePoint 2003.

However, we would still like the functionality to sync Calendars with
Outlook. I am investigating MicroLink TaskSync to see if their product
works without .pst files, but was wondering if any of you have
encountered a way to sync calendars/tasks without the use of .pst files?
