Hello, is there any out of box or third party integration available across Sharepoint Tasks and Outlook Tasks?

There isn't anything OOB, but you can do custom integration. I
attended a session at TechEd about Outlook integration  with
SharePoint and the presenter went over how to access tasks  and how
to synchronize tasks. I am not sure if I can share his code since it
is available to attendees and I assume will be on the DVD that will
be available for purchase for $195. But here is the general gist of
what he did:

For Access
1) Download the Web Part Project Templates from
msdn.microsoft.com/sharepoint
2) Create a web part using VS.NET
3) Read the SPS data using the Microsoft.SharePoint namespace
4) Read Exchange 2003 data by using WebDAV and Task Schema
5) Use SSO for third-party credential mapping.

For Synchronizing
On SPS Side: Since only doc libraries have events, rely on List
Alerts for notification
On Outlook Side:
1) Outlook object model and application-level event handler
processes the alert
2) Install the Office 2003 Web Services Toolkit to access task info
3) Use a POST method to call Web Service to mark sharepoint  task as
complete
