Users cannot open Outlook 2003 msg files stored in document libraries
in WSS if they are running Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2002. They can
open the messages created with Outlook 2003 if they are in a public
folder. Does WSS do something to prevent older Outlook versions from
opening Outlook 2003 messages?
