My company gets mail from various suppliers/vendors.There is a helpdesk to deal
with these issues.Right now it is a manual process but they want to implement a
system in moss where each mail gets listed as an issue in the issue tracker and
gets assigned to one of the team members.
If the team member feels that some one else has to reply to this he can reassign
the task to some one else.
Also the team member should be able to reply to the vendor through the issue
tracker with an id any reply to this should get logged withe the same id.
Is this possible if yes please point me to any material.
