I'm planning on opening the "My Site" functionality to all our Staff
in my company.
AD is being cleaned and the profile database connections and
synchronization is working.
I added some custom fields to the profile database: "Your Contact
for", "Current Projects", "My Skills", all of them multiple lines of
text type.
Two questions:
a) How do I make the search work for those custom fields?
Actually the Portal Search ignores their content.
b) What are the permissions or settings to make the "My Site" link
visible for all staff (currently they are "Readers" for the Portal,
but not everybody is able to see the link).
