We want to open document library’s document in host application.

If you go to any sharepoint site and open the document, the document will open in host application. (For e.g. word doc will open in Microsoft word) and if you save the document it will store in respective document library.

If we open the same document hyperlink (for e.g. http://sitename/sites/sitename/folder/file.doc) in separate browser it will open in internet explorer itself.

We want to open the document in Microsoft word and if we save, it should save back to document library.
