Open SPS from IE

Yesterday my server was down because smart array problem. After I
replace with the new hardware (smart array), the SPS is back online
But now I have problem with opening the portal using browser, it always
says "The page cannot be displayed".
It is okay if we open the workspace using windows explorer.
Does anybody know to solve this problem ? please advice ...
Do I need to reinstall the service pack ?

Goto the explorer  tools-- internet options --- connection(tab) -- click on lan
settings -- set proxy server  settings checked.
it might work

set proxy using proxyconfig tool which is inside the sharepoint
portal/bin folder

Is the 2nd line from the bottom of the error page  saying Cannot find server
or DNS eror? If that's the case, then it is most likely a problem  in
resolving your sharepoint site name in IE.

Are you using a proxy server  in your network? What kind of name resolution
in IE are you using? Is it NetBIOS or FQDN-based?

FYI, my SPS portal  is back  online.
I just want to share what I find to solve  my problem.
I found the solution from Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 297989

Cause : the user names and/or passwords for the IUSR_ComputerName and
IWAM_ComputerName accounts (that store in three locations ) are not
