I have 2 questions about using an OOB approval workflow.

1) We have a library with a word template as a custom content type. There is an
attached work flow (so that when users click workflow they are only presented
with approval, not the other OOB types). I'd like to predefine an entry on the
CC line, but I can't seem to do that without predefining at least one approver?
I hope that made sense.

2) Regardless of the above, is there a way, again OOB, to have CC recipients get
their email after the work flow has started rather than upon initiation?
