Odd Moss Checkout Issue: "Type comments describing what has changed

I've got an odd issue with an InfoPath Form Library (non-Enterprise MOSS) when
checking a form out for editing:

When I checkout a document in the web interface, I the next window shows a "Type
comments describing what has changed in this version." dialog screen.

I've got no idea why MOSS is doing this, but I'm checking a document out... not
checking one in.

Thoughts?
