I am in the spscoords group which has coordinator security at the
different workspace levels within Sharepoint Portal Server
Administration. When I try to view security on any and all folders
beneath a workspace, I receive the following pop up error:

Application Error: An error has occurred (0x80004005). Unspecified
error.

When I try to update security from my desktop, I get:

Object Picker cannot open because it cannot determine whether
sharepoint.blank.com is joined to a domain.


Of course, when I'm logged on as administrator everything works
swimmingly. What could this be?
