Could not open a document by the Topics in SharePoint Portal Server

I have a Portal in SharePoint Portal Server 2003, created during the Upgrade to SharePoint Portal Server 2003 from SharePoint Portal Server 2001.

I see the Topics and the respective documents.

The problem is that when I’m going open a document gives this error: “404 not found”

Can you help us.
