Can not open chm file from SharePoint Services...

I have posted my chm file to SharePoint Services and when I try to
access it, the right pane will not show anything. But when I download
it and open the chm file on my local hard drive, it opens up with no
issues. What is my problem?

I've deleted the chm extension from the SharePoint Blocked File Type
list in the SharePoint Central Administration. This allowed me to
upload with no problem.
