NO Symbols have been loaded and Event Handlers

I'm currently developing document lib event handler, for the first time
can attach my lib to w3wp Process and I can debug. when I change and
the code, I got the following message: NO Symbols have been loaded
I delete the PDB and dll, create new version, still has the same error,
searched for all DLLS on my H.D. and I can't find only one which in the
BTW, as you know I have to install DLL to the GAG.
If I create a new key file and sign the assembly, delete old one, add
newly signed assembly, then I can debug once, and I come back to the

You may need to do an iisreset each time in order to get the newly built dll  to
be loaded  by IIS...

I had a very similar problem when writing a custom web part. The solution
turned out to be copying the .PDB file  to the wwwroot\bin of the sharepoint
machine. Apparently when you execute custom code  that's where sharepoint
expects to find  the symbols.
