NMHGFO2 AD Profile Import Error

There is an error in my SPS AD import log. It says
"
Modify spsimport://cpmtest1/NMHGFO2
The address could not be found, (0x80070057 - The parameter is incorrect. )
I am not sure what to do next. I ran portqryv2 for domain controller port 389 and the result is listed below. I need some help. I have attached my configure screen shot as well.
