Is there any way a user can manage the 'News For You' webpart??
What is the upper limit of how many items will be listed in this webpart?? How can a user change that??

"News For You" as the name implies, is for pushing news to various audiences
in SharePoint Portal Server.

I'm not sure what the upper limit is, if any. I suspect that there is no
fixed limit to the number but there will certainly be a practical limit.
Users can only consume so much news before it becomes counter productive.
It's also true that users can only generate so much news.
