NewDocument HTML Editor

I like the announcements Webpart form the SPS resource kit. It has a fantastic
built-in HTML Editor. Can I use this web part including this great HTML editor
anywhere else than in the announcements folder? This would be great - for
example - to have this editor somewhere in the document library, so I would be
able to add some content just in my browser, without the need to have Word or
Frontpage installed. This could be a nice solution for our non technical users.

Anyone already tried or manage that?

They made an implementation of IE embedded DHTML editing controls, so if
you want to get a reference you probably should take a look at the IE
features implementation pages on MSDN, for example here -

this ist very basic and technical. Unfortunately I'm not a hardcore programmer.
I'm just looking for an easy way to handle SPS just using a browser with such an
editor. Does anybody know, if there are some webparts or code out there, that
show how to accomplish such a thing???
