[Reply] IMHO, SharePoint is spreading like wildfire. I know
there is a bit of a lull right now as clients decide to wait for the
next version of SharePoint as opposed to investing in SharePoint 2003
technologies. But there seems to be an abundance of work and not enough
people to do it from conversations I have had with others.

And not enough doing it well.
I love to do design work but some of the "re-design" gigs have been real
nightmares.
Like the implementation where WSS central admin was used with the
default settings to create top-level site collections in portals so that
they were all created in the "personal" managed path. Very confusing!
Took me a while to figure out how they were making the mistake because
the person who did it no longer worked there.
