MySite(s) woes - Access rights?

Asked By: Sanchay    Date: Mar 05    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 645

I cannot seem to change some aspects of webparts in mysite.
For example if I want to modify things like Title, Height, Width of
web parts and it won't let me. If I hit Apply, Ok, or Cancel it just
does nothing. The only way I can get out of there is X the Modify Web
Part window. Also it WILL NOT let me add my calendar from Outlook.
I know we have the correct 'Exchange folder name' & 'Exchange folder
name.'

Do you have any Web Parts on the page that you added yourself? Has the
underlying direct-mode page been changed in any way? Is the page
unghosted?

This symptom is usually some JavaScript that is running that is
preventing the HTML <form> from being submitted. It happens quite often
when working with the NewForm.aspx page of a list.

I have the MSNBC Weather Web Part from the default Online Gallery and
I tried to add  a Swicki in a content editor web part.....
moments later...
