We are struggling with (MySite) webpart that gives "Recent Documents". We have more than one Peter Smith in our company (surprise, surprise) and more importantly spread across 4 different AD domains. We import all of the people into the portal from the 4 domains using custom config in AD import.

The problem is that when Peter Smith (1) accesses his MySite it is of course unique, but he also sees some of Peter Smith (2) documents in the "Recent Documents" webpart....

I understand that this part is actually a search ...but what exactly does it use for search. We have changed the AD field mapping settings to remove all of the aliases and we still see this confusion of documents....from "Smith, Peter"

Any ideas on what the recent documents webpart does and how to ensure that a persons content is properly represented.

With 4 domains and 4 organisations managing, it does not look like building uniqueness into AD is easily achievable.
