MySite not working

I have an issue. MySites was working all these days.

But suddenly stopped working. When I click on MySites, its not working.
leads to Error page.
Any direction as to how I can sort this out will be too helpful to me.

Need details: What is the error  message? How are your MySites setup?
What has changed in your environment?

Did you change the my site settings in SSP Admin? If so, what?
