MySite no longer working

It seems our "My Site" is no longer working. I checked the system and
the default.aspx file in the site.com/MySite/ directory seems to have
been deleted.

Anyone hear of this happening? How do I get "My Site" working again?

We didn't customize it.

Running SharePoint 2003 on Windows 2003.
