MySite Document Upload error: "The website declined to show this

On our new SharePoint 2007 portal, user MySites are created when the
user selects "My Site" on the portal. All appears well.

A few users have tried to upload files. Some of them get an error when
they select a document library and the "Upload" menu: "The website
declined to show this webpage. Most likely cause: This website
requires you to log in."

I don't have this error, I can upload fine, so can some others. I
created the site so I have administrative permissions. Anyone else
experienced this? Our SharePoint site is connected to an ISA filewall
server, maybe something here...
