Hi All,
I(actually a client) have several companies(say 15) in his group. He want to have SharePoint portals\web sites for each and every company. Individual companies have different it admins and contributors. What should be the best architecture in terms of cost and the performance.


1. Seperate Web applications runs in a seperate application pools.

2. Single web application and multiple site collections

If it is seperate web applications, What is the posibility and the limitations of running all those in a single web front end.
