veryone complains to Microsoft that V1 only has one
document library per workspace, and now that they stick 'em everywhere,
people complain again.
Personally, I like that I can create a "document library" just about
anywhere. I can attach it to my personal My Site page, create a
Document Workspace, add a document library(ies) to a team page, etc.
Gives a lot of flexibility.
The only thing that gets confusing is Network Places might show seven
"Shared Folders on [server]" , but at least if you show details on the
left, it'll show you the URL for it.
I think for the most part, MS has done us a great service with the new
doc libs. Now if they could just let us map a drive to the web folder
without having to buy an add-on!
