MS Search 2008 vs. Google?

With SharePoint's Search features, and the introduction of MS Search
Server 2008 (and if memory serves there will be a Service Pack out to
make this part of MOSS 2007 installations) has anyone come across info
around comparisons (pros, cons, that sorta stuff) between this an
Google's offerings?
