i'm trying to move one site to another location.

I want to use the Content Deployment tool but cannot understand the Source
Web Applications & collection boxes on the page, they are pre filled out so
i'm unsure how it will be able to tell which one is the staging source and
public destination site and how to input these boxes with the information
required.
