Moving sharepoint to another domain

I had a Sharepoint Portal 2003 server on one AD and the SQL server on a NY
domain.

It was working fine since the trust relationship was established.

Now, I migrated both servers to another AD and when I tried to request the
SPS environment, it says Service not available.
How do I fix this?

In IIS we have application pool. Right click on application pool
click properties, in that properties we have Identity tab. In that we
have to give domain  account of the Organizer then restart the system.
I think it will be work.
