Moving file from one library to another

I am very new to SharePoint and am building my first site. How
can I move files---mainly doucments and forms---easily from one
document library to another withing SharePoint?

Just like you would if the documents were on the file  system. Open
Windows Explorer and type the http://[site]/[library] location into the
Address textbox and hit enter.
