I am in need of help and hope someone out there can help. I am running WSS3.0 in Production using the Internal database. We now want to upgrade this database to SQL full version and I need to setup a test environment before I can do this in Production.

My problem is I cannot find any good information on how to copy the Production environment to the Test environment. I need to have everything setup the same. So I need help with:

How to I copy the Production environment into my test environment
How do I upgrade the DB to the full version of SQL running on another server.
And what do I need to modify in WSS after I move the database to the full version
