Move database to another disk

I have a sharpoint portal server 2003 installed on a windows 2003 server with
two hard drives, C and D, C has 80Gb and D has 200Gb disk spaces.

all the database are on C now and is maxing out. ( /programs/Microsoft SQL
Server) , Is there anyway I can move the ./Microsoft SQL server folder database
to D drive ?
