Mouse-over an object (picture) in Content Editor

In SP 2007, I have three objects (pictures) embedded in a Content Editor Web part. I would like to include a mouse-over event and display text in the mouse-over text box, preferably in a rich text format so I can include formatting, bullets, etc. I do not have SP Designer. I am working in a browser (IE) and have limited experience with SP. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
