MOSS/Infopath 2007 - very long time to install a Infopath

An upload of an Infopath 2007 xsn file to the form library is taking a very
very very long time to install ..as in over and hour (whereas before it took a
matter of minutes).
The xsn file is about 51KB in size has a code behind file, 3 views and quite
and number of xsd files (for secondary data source connections).
Problem seems to have developed recently / suddenly. The SQL server 2005 is on
a seperate server. There are not many forms in the library. While each xsn file
is uniquely named, the actual files contents are then same (names) (the form,
views and code behind are changing w/ each iteration).
The Central Admin page shows the "Installing" status for forever and of course
once there it can't be deleted (b/c of course it thinks it's installing and
eventually it does). Any ideas ? Caching / thread management ?

Is Version History turned on in the Document Library? If so, when is the
last time you pruned the versions?

If you haven't upgraded to SP1 or installed the daylight saving time hotfix that
could be the culprit. To get the form to install you will need to run
stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs
If this is the case it would also be required for any solutions that you deploy
as well.

I am also having the same issue ..................

after running the command there is an error showing in Event Viewer....
