MOSS2007 Upgrade in place error

Here's the output from the "Sharepoint Products and Technologies
Coniguration Wizard" during step 2 of the in-place upgrade from 2003:

Upgrading to MOSS 2007 Trial edition.

MOSS 2003 (SP2) - on separate server
WSS (SP2)

SQL 2000 (SP3a) - on separate server
SP Config DB - SchemaVersion(2.0.3.0) BuildVersion(11.0.5704.0)
Portal DB's - SchemaVersion(2.0.40.1) BuildVersion(11.0.8126.0)

You say you have SP2, do you have any patches after that?

When you go into your Virtual Server list in v2 what version does it say
your virtual server is?

Is that Virtual Server's status "ready" as opposed to "needs upgrade?"

I believe you need SP4 for SQL Server 2000.
