I have a moss publishing site which works fine as anonymous site in
the development environment.

I take stsadm backup of the site and restore on staging web farm and
there on some pages Windows Authentication box comes up.
I can click cancel on authentication box and page shows 401 and
interesting thing is I do page refresh and the page shows up.

Everything in the site is checked and I think that's all good as I can
view the whole site anonymously on dev environment.

Can anyone suggest what can be wrong
