Anybody tell me,how to upgrade asp.net existing websites in Moss 2007 ?

Migration of asp.net existing website to MOSS 2007 is not possible. Sharepoint 2007 website is build using asp.net, but that doesn't mean you can migrate asp.net website to sharepoint site.

You can certainly redevelop sharepoint 2007 site with less effort by reusing code of your existing asp.net website.
