Moss Migration issues sps 2003 to SPS 2007- custom lists wont migration

We are doing a trial upgrade of SPS 2003 to sps 2007. We have one
custom site definition and several custom lists with in the custom site
defintion. We have created a custom moss site definition and created an
upgrade defintion file. At the end of migration we get an error on
default.aspx page for team sites and an error for custom lists that ist
has been deleted.All the default lists and content and admin pages work
for all sites.
