MOSS HTTP Error 401.1

I've had this issue recently with a sharepoint server. If I create any WebApps
that utilize host headers and IP addresses, the webapp is not viewable on that
server, but if you modify the host file of any other machine to point to that IP
address, the site is viewable.

I already verified the Authentication Provider and it is set to NTLM. This seems
to only occur with port 80 and host headers. I have not ran into this before

Any and all suggestions are welcomed. Has anyone ran into this before?
