we have multiple front-end servers in the farm.

when workflow starts , we are able to open infopath form properly in primary web
server.. in other front-end servers when ever we are trying to initiate the OOB
workflow, while infopath form is loading we are getting following error.

refresh the page.

Any particular steps required on front-end servers to use forms services in
