I was working on upgrading with database migration approach. I created
this web application with SSP first then attach content database from
2003 to it.

After upgrade was completed, I noticed that I do not have a SSP admin
page.

I think I have 2 options:

1. Create the admin page and attach to the current web application,
which I could not find where to start.

2. Create a new ssp with admin page and transfer the web application
with upgraded portal into this new ssp.

Do I have only the 2nd option?
