MOSS 2007 - SQL 2005 - SSRS 2008 Integration Topology question

Asked By: Dejuan    Date: Oct 24    Category: MOSS    Views: 1106

Here is my setup
MOSS 2007 FEW (Server 2003)
SQL 2005 DB Server (Server 2003)
SQL 2008 RS Server (Server 2003)
All servers are on the same domain.
I would like to integrate MOSS with my SQL 2008 RS server. It seems that most of the documentation online is for configuring this on a single server. Can anyone point me in the right direction for this type of configuration?

I have SQL RS installed but not configured. I have the SQLRS 2005 Add-In installed but not being used. I attempted to install the 2008 version but stopped b/c it warned me that I need to be sure to have SQL 2008 installed.

For your issue, your topology  is a typical Three-Computer Deployment in Deployment Topologies for Reporting Services in SharePoint Integrated Mode
Please refer to the How-to article to deploy the reporting service:
