We are facing one strange problem in using variations.

We have two variation labels named English and French. Once a page(under
publishing site>pages .library) is created in source variation,
variation is not replicating the page in French location. There are no
Failures in Variation Logs too. But when we use 'Submit Variation'
option from toolbar of the page, page is replicating in other language
without any error.

While configuring variations, we selected option to propagate variation
automatically.
