MOSS 2007 Document Reuse

i have a document library in my parent site where i have a file structure and about 50 documents.Now i would lik eto reuse this document library alongwith the file structure and documents in other sites.

Re-use presumably meaning have available for access (?)

If MOSS 2007 use Content Editor Web Part (or SPD 2007's Data View web Part)

If WSS 3.0 use SPD 2007's Data View web Part).

you can use SPD to create views into that library. Also if you want to create a copy of the document  library structure, you can use the Save List as Template functionality.

Also, if you check off "include content" it will take the documents in it as well (i believe it needs to be under 10 megs though all in). This will save it to your list template gallery, then you will be able to create that document library in any site of your site collection.
