Has anyone successfully deploy content from one Site Collection to
multiple Site Collections on a different server? i.e., using a base
Site Collection (from a development Web App) to deploy content to
multiple Site Collections (production Web App) ...

I've initially deploy to a blank site collection into production fine.
Then i created another site collection (same web application). When I
run the deploy job to the new Site Collection, i get this error:

"Unable to import the folder _catalogs/masterpage/Forms/Page Layout.
There is already an object with the Id 87a351cd-61cd-43e6-8e02-
8bcf8382d920 in the database from another site collection...."
