Modifying the Quick Launch Bar in a Site

Currently in the quick launch bar we have Documents, Pictures, Lists,
Discussions and Surveys. I'm using Frontpage 2003 to try to add new headers to
the launch bar but it is not showing up.

I tried copying the Documents header, renamed it to Test, added a link under
Test, but when I do this the link shows up under the Test header as well as the
Documents header. I'm assuming it's using some kind of reference or template.

Can somebody please tell me how I can do this?
