How to Modify top navigation bar in "My Site" page?

I want to change the URL of "Home" link, which comes in the "My
Site" page. Can any body tell me which is the file I should modify
to make this change?

If I open default.aspx for My Site, I can see only a server side
link <SPSWC:PersonalSpaceNavigation> So, I dont know where to make
the changes.
