Missing Workflow Options in Designer

I was using the Copy Extended and Send Email Extended workflows in Sharepoint
Designer until a few days ago when these options disappeared from my Action list
of choices.

Has anyone run into a similar experience? Our IT groups says nothing has
changed on their end. I re-installed the program but the options are still
gone.

Those sound like custom actions, so reinstalling SPD would not bring them
back; you'd have to reinstall the packages themselves.
